Habibi Funk is a record label based in Berlin, highlighting eclectic sounds from the Arab world. Our ever-evolving catalog spans from Moroccan funk, to Algerian film scores, Egyptian disco, Libyan reggae, Sudanese jazz, Lebanese folk and more, all rooted in the rich and diverse musical styles of North Africa and West Asia (Middle East).

Crossing genres, generations, continents, and languages, Habibi Funk celebrates the variety of music from one of the most musically and culturally brilliant parts of our world. We are by no means an expert in this music or its history, but we are passionate enthusiasts and students, with the mission of building bridges between music and the artists we love with a wider audience.

All releases come with extensive booklets full of liner notes and unseen photos.

All releases are fully licensed, master ownership remains with the artists.

All profits are shared 50:50 between us and the rights holders.
